Rwanda’s climate demands wise water stewardship  and we’ve made it a priority. Across all our developments, we incorporate rainwater harvesting systems that supply gardens and non drinking applications such as flushing toilets. We outfit all homes with high efficiency tap ware, low flow showers, and dual flush toilets that save water without sacrificing function.

We employ local, water conserving landscaping that keeps irrigation demands to a minimum, and where feasible, we consider greywater recycling systems for use in the gardens. This cohesive system keeps our communities green twelve months of the year, and it preserves Kigali’s water resources. It also supports national plans for water saving city growth allowing the nation to realize its ambitious green objectives.

Redesigning Waste Management

Being proud partners in Rwanda’s clean and green dream, we construct with environmentally friendly methods that minimize waste from the ground up. At our sites, we minimize material wastage through careful planning and maximize reuse and recycling.

Once you move in, all homes encourage responsible living with simple-to-operate waste separation arrangements. Compost is made of organic waste, and recyclables are collected to be reused. Our buildings are integrated into Kigali’s expanding waste-intelligent environment.
